Default Won't hold idle

I cleaned the part as suggested and the car idled O.K. for a few days and then the problem returned. Since I already had the new part I went ahead and installed it and the car has been fine ever since. Is the original part still any good? I dunno, it looks clean and I'm keeping it as a spare.

my guess would be that it's worn out and works when perfectly clean but once it's got a lil dirtyness in it the servo thing in it doesnt have enough power to move right.

Ya, could be. Well the first one lasted almost 8 years. If this one lasts 8 years I guess I can't complain.
