i got my car up 2 120 yesterday on the way to santa fe just curious how because i thought there was a limiter or something. oh its a 2000 aod vert if that helps

is it an automatic? was overdrive on or off? do you have a custom ecu chip or handheld tuned? i can only reach 115mph with overdrive on.

take it off with custom burnt ecu chip or handheld tuner such as sct xcalibrator or diablsosport predator

I've hit 120 plus in my 2000 automatic. So I don't know if there is a govenor on them or not. Because I haven't done anything to change the govenor.

2000 Mustangs have a governer right at 120. Try to go faster than 120, and your ignition is cut until you drop about 10mph or so.

there is a glitch in most of the limits ive some times it catch and limits u and other times it doesnt ..... soo if you tried it again u might not be able to hit it again
