Default 95 3.8 Hard Start

95 Mustang, 3.8, starts with what sounds like bad miss. I have to give throttle as soon as it starts to keep it running. Then it is ok. But sitting in drivers seat, and rev engine, it sounds like it still has a mild miss. Under the hood, it sounds fine, and at tailpipe it sounds fine too. Engine does not appear to be running real rough, looking at it.
So far- bought car with bad miss. Checked plugs, 2 were not firing well, 4 were very normal looking, light tan color. My diagnosis was bad coil pack, via ohmmeter test. 2 center towers were shorted to all 3 primary circuits. New coil pack, plug wires and plugs, and air filter were put in. 95% improvement. But I still get a seat of the pants feeling it has a slight miss. Fuel pressure, takes 4 key on, key off cycles to obtain max pressure reading of 40 psi. Still hard to start, and pressure remains steady at 35 psi, vac connected, engine running. With engine off, fuel pressure remained at 40 while I reinstalled the plugs, and other items, after comp test. Compression test shows 160, rear cyl, DS, 145, front PS, and other 4 at 150. No codes present. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I would change the fuel filter first and go from there, they are easy to change(two plastic clips just pull them).

That is next on the agenda, I have spoken to the garage by my house, it is easier for them to do on a lift, rather than me under car on my back, lol. I can drop car off and walk home.
