Yeah they run about $350 for ceramics normally. The pacesetters and two high flow cats would be about the same price if not less. Then I'll have to pay $100-150 to have a custom h fabbed with the high flows welded on, no need for flanges. I'm not buying a GT catback so even if I went with mac I would have to have some piped fabbed up to fit mine to the mac h pipe. So I would have to pay $350 for lt's, $160 for the hpipe, $120 for high flows, then like $100 for the connecting pipes and cut and welding the mid pipe for the high flows. So thats over $700 vs $200 for the lt's $120 for cats, and $150 for the mid-pipe, cats and welding. $700 vs $470....plus odds and ends obviously but to me, I think I might give the pacesetters a shot.

I would Highly recommend flanges man. You have to remove a header to get to the starter, and if you ever need to remove your transmission you'll have to remove them as well I believe. But its your car man, do what you want.

Shaun, make sure you do a little more research if your planning on getting pacesetters, I've got a 2000 and They would not work the automatic trans. Not sure if their design has changed, or if the 01-04 would be any different other than the Air injection...

just a heads up... but like I said, that was with my year model and probably back in august

I really don't get how its that big of a deal, if down the road I need to get at my started or drop the trans then I can cut the welds and have my exhaust shop reweld up some pipes to connect the midpipe and headers. Won't be more than $50 and I really don't see myself having to get at the trans or starter more than once really. I'll have to look into the automatic trans thing. I'm not going to just buy them without doing research trust me, I just wanted to share that little tidbit of info with you guys about the O2 sensors.

Welp if you get a Pypes midpipe with cats its just a slip on with the slip clamp and you wont need to weld.

Inform Pypes that you will need 3" ID Cats and get a reducer to 2.5" to match to the midpipe or see if pypes has a 3" midpipe.
