Bilsteins. If you can afford them. Great alone, great lowered, great for coilovers.

Here is the setup I have and I love it:

-Springs = Eibach Pro kit
-Shocks/Struts = Tokico HP's
-Rear sway-bar from a New Edge GT

Also you might want some polyurethane spring isolators. I would also recommend getting Steeda ball-joints and the Steeda bumpsteer kit; this will correct the steering geometry which is a result from lowering the car.

No. Bilsteins are one of the best shocks/struts. If you don't feel like spending $600 or so for shocks and struts then go to americanmuscle.com and get the Tokico HP blue shocks and struts for about half the pricwe of the Bilsteins.

If you're wanting to go lowered get either eibach or h&r springs and maximum motor sports 4 bolt caster/camber plates.

If Tokico D-Specs are too expensive for ya then picking up a set of lightly used Tokico Illumina's might be a good idea.

Box, springs control ride height not shocks.

With c/c plates you install them(it would be ideal to do it when you're change the struts) then go get the car aligned.
