Seperate amp. With the foam out do you think it will still be able to hold two people? I assume so. If not I can put some in and just leave enough air space around the speakers for them.

if you remove the foam you will have to build a support cage to hold the seat. the excessive amount of foam under the seat is in contact with the metal floor so when someone sits in the seat it uses the foam as a spring. removing a portion of foam leaving empty space would just make the seat fall in and crush what ever is under it.

the way i was suggesting was turning the speaker box into a back seat. so it's NOT a delete, upholstering the speaker box with materials from the back seat to make it so someone can still sit there and have a single 12 or dual 10's in the center vertically

Nah I like having access to my back seats. Damn, I thought that was doable. Maybe I'll just wire the amp I have to my stock speakers. Neo, any speakers ideas for the rears that I can wire to the amp for some nice bass? I can get you the specs on the amp if you need.

Haha nothing too crazy. Can I get a set of decent speakers for under $100? I forget the exact size needed, I'm sure you know. Damn I wanted to do the 6x9's.

Actually Neo, I just ordered something else. I have 4 5x7 Alpine Type-S speakers currently installed in the car. Do you think I would be able to run that amp to all 4? Or just two? Would it be safe/worth it? I'm 99% sure they're these http://www.crutchfield.com/p_500SPS5...507.html?tp=93 I had a friend at bestbuy at the time and I let him pick them out for me because I know nothing audio wise.

If anyone else knows audio feel free to chime in please.

i havent looked at mine in a long time but IIRC you could dremel the 6x8 sized hole out to 6x9 and mount the speakers, im not sure tho, id just run good speakers in stock location and maybe a single 10 or 12" in the trunk, or delete the rear seat and mount the box there
