Ive got a 95 AODE thats been giving me problems lately. Sluggish shifts, high shifts, and it seems to lunge when I barely tap on the pedal. Im not sure if its time to have the trans rebuilt or if i could put a shift improver kit in and fix it. And has anyone ever done this shift rebuild?

 

I would look at the last time the fluid was changed, and when the filter was changed last. That would be cheaper than doing a rebuild.
