Gotta love Pioneer. I swapped my Mach460 headunit with a Pioneer DEH-5900ib...the difference in sound was unbelievable. I could only imagine what a sub could do in there. Thats my next purchase

There is an off chance that you will have to file off a bit of the trim bezel around the inside edge. From time to time, the double din motorized face units like that will not open completely without a little adjustment to the dash.

I cant see it being any different than installing any other head unit. I never installed one of these before though, just single din basic head units.

Let us know how it is though...I'm looking to go with a touch screen/navi etc soon but I'm not a fan of buying stuff like this that arent brand names like Pioneer. Then again, Im not a fan of Pioneer's cheapest touch unit which is like $500+ lol

Its not that hard, but if you dont know anything about car electronics then id definitely take it to be professionally installed. Might cost you about $50+ or maybe even less, but its better to have it done right. Better safe than sorry

Its really not that hard, I learned by myself with the help of a little online research. As long as you have the right tools etc etc, you should be good to go. Good luck!
