Default Upgrade problems

I put an exhaust, intake, and a chip that replaced a sensor that tell the comp wut the temp of the air coming in the intake is, and now when i accelerate the car stutters. eventually it kicks in though. Any ideas of wut it is? Thanks!!

Make sure your maf sensor wire is clean. Don't touch it, just spray it with electrical cleaner.

What year is your car and where did this "chip" mount. If it's on one of the MAF harness wires I strongly suggest removing it.

yes remove that chip all it willdo is cause hot spots on your pistons. its telling the computer that the air outside is cooler than it really is to allow for more fuel. remove it at once those things are like a 15 cent resistor.

Oh damn, I didn't catch that. I thought he meant a regular comp chip. Ya, those mod chips aren't any good.
