Default confusion on the 4.3L build

Ok so I have read that the crank is internally balanced on the f150 block and since I am installing SSM's stroker kit would I need to use an 01-04 pulley and flywheel? Help on this detail.

Yes, you need the zero bal crank and flywheel to match. Otherwise you'll have a nice vibration when you fire it up. Trust me, been there, done that. During one of my motor in / motor out phases, the flywheel on the stock 3.8L ended up on the new 4.2L and it was a PAIN. Had to drop the trans/clutch out and swap flywheels with the car on jack stands.

Right now I plan to. We'll see how it works out with the job. My department went from a staff of 8 people down to 4 - so we're really strapped right now.
