Default Mishimoto radiator

So I am having some overheating problems and I want to trade out my old radiator for a new one and it is either 190 for a stock replacement or 200-250 for a Mishimoto. Now they only seem to say v8 only so if anyone has a link they can share that would be great. Is there any difference in these cuz i didn't know there was.

It should work just fine. Even though it may say "V8 Application only" it should work. Even if it doesn't mount exactly the same, a little ingenuity should solve the problem.

You sure its the Rad thats the problem? You might have something in the block, bad thermo, or the fan could be bad. Dont want to spend $250 (with coolent and all) and still have the same problem.

Incorrect, I still run my stock radiator and my car doesn't get higher than 210 (thats sustained high rpm runs)

I have done some research on that brand, and it seems as if they are prone to blowing leaks at the welds after roughly a year of use. They do warranty their product, however blowing a leak in mid summer on the interstate could spell disaster for your engine if you don't catch it in time. So keep this in mind. I'm still running stock on both my cars, and they run perfectly fine, even the 5.0 with the supercharger (when it decides to run lol).

They released a fix for this after a lot of the same problems.
You have to purchased their own radiator isolator supports which have a softer isolator than stock which allows the core support to flex without flexxing the radiator which caused the cracks in the first place.

With these new isolators they claim there will be no more problems.
I guess we will find out in another year or so.
