Default UDPs Question

Quite simply, are they worth it for the price and performance gain?

Yes and no. They wont give you the "25 HP" gains they promise but if you are looking to start small and simple they will give you a little gain.

Ok. I was wondering because I see a lot of people with them and wondering was I missing a "nice" gain since I don't have them.

Try to find a used set, that's what I did. I got the Motoblue 42% UDP set with belt for $75 shipped on here. I think they go for $250 brand new, so it's quite a deal.
