I would wait until you have a proper tune or MILs and no codes to diagnose that, assuming your doing it soon no?

It may be, but I would wait till you get the tune or MILs installed. Then let the battery sit (disconnected) for about 30 minutes to clear the codes and try again.

Those codes also may be about the upstream o2s not heating up or cooling quick enough, which is what the LT tune will correct. I have heard of the rear o2s not throwing a code for up to a few months after they have been removed

well i kept thinking about it more and more and, since the front 02 sensors effect the air fule ratio and now the moved from a different place i can see how it would make the car act that way plus i have the higer volume windstar intake im getting more air, more air more fule from what the computer set at, cause like i said it feels like its mis firing but i checked the plugs wire and vacume lines and its all fine

Well more air will definitely throw the A/F off, so get it tuned. Dump the Diablow and get an SCT tuner.

It's probably not off enough to throw a code, but it could be just enough to make the car shudder a little bit. You sure you don't have a slight vac leak anywhere though?

It doesn't have to be a vac line. You may not have gotten a good seal between the upper and lower intakes. Check where your TB meets the spacer and where the spacer meets the upper intake. I had a slight leak on both sides cause my TB wasn't on quite tight enough. Also look for any small gaps on the intake tubing (such as where the MAF meets the intake tube.) Anything that's leaking after the MAF is going to throw you off slightly.
