Default battery relocation kit advise

So i bought the steeda battery kit off of american muscle and am looking to do it in the next few days, I get the basic concept of how to install it but if you have any special ways to do it let me know. One thing i need to know is for the battery ground what do i do with it, there are a few small ones that i am unsure of what to do with. I was thinking they just bolt to the frame?

What i had planed:

Drill holes in driver side of trunk and bolt in the box
remove amp power wire and run the new stronger battery cable to the back
install a distribution block to the inside of the engine bay
attach all positive wires to that
bolt all negative wires to already existing ground bolt
unbolt the ground wire to the amp and bolt the new ground wire from the kit in it's place
place battery in the box and attach the connections
drill a ventilation hole and run a rubber tube out of trunk
Place lid on and screw down

Does this sound good?
