How much does your adaptor plate go for lilroush?

SSM is extremely over priced. I understand they need to make money off their design, but that's one of those things they may make more by selling for way less. $400 tops.

The stock mach 1 setup covering the blower is really nice however I think it might be cheaper to get an afermarket cowl. I like Matts 2.5 inch cobra r cowl but without the rivets/slits in it personally.

I believe Ryan has a 2.5 inch double rise Kaenen cowl and has always said the quality and fitment were excellent.

I cant say for 100% for Matt but usually you need to put the money down first before production can start as to cover the cost of materials.

Yea i saw the ssm cost and was like "hmmmm expensive much?" If I were to finish saving and just buy the mysteed kit for everything is everything completely stock? Because if it is itd save me cash down the road all in all to just buy the bigger upgrades while buying the seperate pieces... Like a jlt cai etc..

Not to mention having to find a cowl hood now : /

Did you read through the M112 thread?

The kit comes with everything you need except a cowl/hood, tune, udp (for hood clearance), and gauges. Its not completely stock, comes with the svt focus fuel pump, stock cobra 39# injectors, some other things. If i remember right. The 25% udp with a 2.93 upper pulley I believe is a common setup because it helps hood clearance over the stock 3.5 pulley and nets 7-8psi which can be run on a stock bottom end. Definitely would get at least a boost gauge and wideband O2 for safety. Someone correct my if I'm wrong, its early. You do have to pay up front then it starts getting made.

I read it.. But what im saying is if the intake was a stock cobra setup id be better off with getting aftermarket parts if i bought the parts one at a time ive seen the m112 go for 350 in my area and thats with the plenium throttle body and intake. But ive only seen if for that price once...

Just look on ebay they sell for cheap all the time, some kits having more than others.

But yeah SSM has to have the most expensive lower intake for non-race applications I've ever seen. In other words parts for sale to the general public for use on public roads. I think you can buy NASCAR race intakes for a 5.0 for much less than their $900 intake. Believe me, if I had the means to make intakes I'd make an M-112 adaptor intake and sell it for much, much less, as well as higher flowing V6 intakes and heads along with other intakes and head designs for other cars. Too bad I don't have casting molds and tons of aluminum lol.

Hmm...any of you guys wanna get together and start up a business lol.

Oh...if we had a computer programmer we could buy some tuning software and reprogram the stock ECUs on 96+ models to incorporate modern variable cam timing to drastically improve mpg and give a modest bump to performance.

Id be down but you need to move up to the New England area ;]

We need more shops for mustangs up here. lol

Any who while I was browsing around I came across a PTK Turbo Kit for the 99-02 3.8 anyone know of anyone with one of these set ups?

http://www.cruizinconcepts.com/detai..._id=PTK-38LX-R

Was looking at turbo kits since I'm really not in the mood to get a new hood unless I find a killer deal on the m112 kit so im forced to get a new hood. ;]
