Default help!!!!! misfiring or fuel problem???

hey guys. let me just start by saying i have already changed the mass air flow sensor, plugs, wires, and ignition coil, pcv valve, and fuel filter and i just put fuel into the car right before this problem started to happen. ive just ran into a problem on my mustang over the weekend. the car is running like total crap, it is idiling really bad but above 2000 rpm is runs fine. its throwing a check engine light for po303 and po316 which i know is a misfire on 3 and a misfire on start up . so i went ahead and bought a new set of spark plugs and put them in sunday night. still not running right and still throwing the exact same codes. and so i talk to a buddy of mine and says maybe i got water in the fuel. so im gonna run some isopropyl alcohol through my fuel system to see if thats will clear any water i might have in the system out. is there ANY other ideas you guys would have that could solve this problem?? any help would be awesome thanks! Chris

you more than likely have the wires crossed, the coil pack is

1 2 3
4 6 5

i think. someone can correct this if its wrong.

What brand of coil and plugs did you install? Have you checked the wires for any damage?

My coil pack reads as follows:

123
564

I had the same problem initially after changing my plugs and wires the other day. I simply switched #4 and #5 wires on the coil pack. It idles great now, but I still have a slight sputter when revving at high RPMs especially uphill. It doesn't happen all the time though.
