I just bought a billett rear defrost button, and need to take the old 1 off to replace it. How do i get the old 1 off? I have a 2000 3.8 v6 automatic. I'm a newbie and dont know anything about engines or anything mechanical. Hope you guys can bear with me. Please help a girl out.
