Default battery question

I've been having problems with my negative battery cables (constantly coming undone) so I have decided that I want to rewire the negative and postive lead cables.

I know it shouldn't be to awful hard but opinions?

What size cables do I need to get and how much length do I need?

Thanks.

You probably don't need to rewire it. You probably just need to either clean the terminal and connector, and/or replace the connectors. If they are slipping off, then the connectors aren't clamping down on the terminals properly. Could be the terminal is too small for the connectors, or the connectors are damaged/stretched or not bolted down all the way.

Hope that helps... Good luck...
