Its the gas filler neck grommet. Like $20. Most times you have to unhook everything from the gas tank and drop it and remove the filler neck. Don't forget to take out the bolts/screws in the gas cap area. I just had a guy do it for me. Left it one evening and picked it up the next day. He charged me only $75 for the part and labor together.

my only question now is hoe much fuel can be in the tank before removing the neck so it doesnt pour out?

Same as a lot of people... I keep posting this on different threads, just so the word gets out. It's a major issue, and am hoping all these people do the right thing! Spend 2 minutes filling out this complaint... see if we can get this thing recalled!
