Default brake problem. help please!

have an 04 3.8L with about 25k miles on it

changed the brake pads and bled all the lines. start up the car and the pedal goes all the way to the floor.

possible causes???

i see a "bubble" in the master cylinder as well. not sure what else is going on to cause the pedal to sink close to the floor and feel squishy..

Why did you bleed the brakes when all you did is replace pads? When bleeding them did you let the MC get totally dry?

After bleeding the brakes, you need to pump the brake pedal a couple times to build up pressure in the system again and refill the piston inside the master cylinder. That is normal. If, however, it is still hitting the floor after you have pumped the brake pedal a bunch of times then you have a separate issue. Maybe air got into the system somehow, or a failed master cylinder, or a leak somewhere.

Good luck...
