Default Throw out bearing....

Ok, the sound of my clutch vibrating everytime I let it out is getting on nerves. I know its from the throw out bearing, but if I just went to a shop and said "replace my throw out bearing" how much do you think they would charge me?

Also,
My friend says I ride the clutch too much and all, but from my observations there is no way to do it then ride the clutch towards the top of it without the car jerking all over and it being a crappy ride, so do you think this could be the reason my throw out bearing is out or does everyone else ride there clutch??? Not so much ride it in 2,3,4,5 but in 1st from a dead stop I ride it ALL the way out and hold it at the top until it gets fully going.

$10-15 for the bearing (if I remember right), $200-300 (guesstimate) for the labor.

Ease it in to gear, and go. Concentrate on taking your foot off the pedal, if not using it.

Concentrate on taking my foot off which pedal gas or clutch? And I do ease it into gear...my clutch doesnt catch until real high so if Im at a light or something, when I take off I push more gas then clutch then when it catches I just let out the clutch all the way, just not fast or the car will jerk. Thats the only way I know.
