cdc shaker run straight to windstar intake cut out the middle man is it just for show then how big is the tubbing in the shaker system i want no restriction ill fab all parts
if the shaker is crap ill make my own ram air with as little tubing between the tb n cold air
p.s hondas suck

+1 to that. I think the question that is being asked.. and this is a rough translation now.

will the CDC shaker setup work with a windstar kit, something about middle man that i think refers to extra piping. tubing size to worry about air resistance and that he may just fab the whole thing up.

also honda's don't suck.... they yank.. haha fwd joke.

Based on that.... The CDC shaker will not feed right into the Windstar upper... and you don't want to fab it to. You need your incoming air to be filtered first. That, and shakers aren't actually 'ram air' like you are thinking. They are cosmetic mods, they don't actually help 'forcing' air into your motor.

your all right i was and am drunk i will fab a ram air modifying my bbk cai short i was going to put it in my fender but i can make it shorter and get the shaker effect now the issue is water i want to fab a ram air scoop that leaves a little room and a ditch for water to colect and drain id say two 3 8s hole plus air pressure will do the job now my issue is if my k@N FILTER will negate my ram air it is just made for my wheel well cai you can email me at whitematt538@gmail.com i want ideas and opinions and ill update on my design and the evolution after i fix the paddidle on my angel eyes

just stick with the CAI. A ram air system is just a CAI until you near 200mph, that's when it has potential, if designed correctly, to start providing a minimal amount of boost (ram).

However, if you're just going for looks, go for it.

if it is a true ram air meaning you have the intake inlet in front and going straight into the engine, at 60mph you get 1 lb of boost. so under normal circumstances it is useless.
