Default 2003 V6

My buddy has a 2003 Mustang V6 auto trans. He has no internet access so i am doing this 4 him. What mods would you reccomend for him? lets say he has $1000 to play with. He already has my stock GT exhaust system with the "true dual" kit. (How much HP do you think he is getting from that?) He already has appearence taken care of (Boyd coddington 18" rims, mach 1 chin sopiler, tinted windows, decals, ect. looks sick!) So are just performance mods.
Thanks

Look at my mods..add a 3.73 or 4.10 rear with T-Lok...good start.

complete flowmaster exhaust, motive 3.90 gears and an auburn posi, trans go shift kit, Diablo Tune, CAI (cold air intake) in that order, if you dont want to waste money on a whole CAI just remove the air silencer and add a K & N filter.

Don't need a shift kit if you have the Diablo Tuner. It changes shift points. Also you can make the shift harder or softer. Waste of money
