i was looking at American muscle and noticed they don't have a lot of v6 valve train parts. is there any other good sites for v6 upgrades?

Steeda has many upgrades for the 2003 V6, what exactly are you looking for?

i eventually wanna rebuild a 3.8 from the block up and would like to get ideas on parts and costs

Try looking at Supersixmustangs.com or moranav6racing.com. They have some great upgrades for our sixxers.
