Default Headlight Issue

Hey everyone, its been awhile since ive been on the forum but decided to get back on and actually have a issue someone can hopefully help me with. Lastnight my headlights quit working on me and i figured it was the bulbs since one had blown out the day before but after replacing both bulbs today i still have no headlights or hibeams unless i pull back on the lever, and suggestions on how to fix this?

You have three fuse locations, the fuse-able link near the battery which should be OK. Fuse 16 in the fuse panel that is accessible when you open the driver's door, it should be OK if you can flash your high beams, but its worth checking. You can see a small panel in the side of the dash that is normally blocked when the door is closed. There is also
a resettable circuit breaker for the headlamp and high beam indicator which is part of the headlight switch. There should be a small button on the switch to reset it.

If the headlight switch is bad you might be able to tell by the feel, it may not feel normal when you pull it out. If the parking lights come on the switch is probably OK. If you turn the lights on and take the keys out, do you hear the "headlight on" warning signal?

There should be a headlight relay, I did not see it in the manual. If so, if should be in one of the fuse boxes.

I have checked all fuses and all are ok and have reset the button on the headlight switch with no fix. I do hear the headlights on beep with the key out also i dont know what is wrong. A couple people have told me the the multi purpose switch on the steering column the controls windshield wipers and hibeams may be going out because certain things will go out one by one which im starting to believe because my windshield wipers quit working 2 weeks ago and now my headlights dont work either, all its good for no is to flash my hi beams.

I think the problem is the DRL module. If you go to an auto parts store, ask for the headlight relay or the DRL (Daylight Running Lamp Module). They should have a picture of the location.
