I was idling at a red light waiting for the bridge to go down. All of the sudden, my car began shaking violently and the lights started to dim. My car stalled and wouldn't start back up. After attempting to jump the battery and restart the car, I didn't have much success.

The car sounds like it is trying to turn and has nearly a full tank of gas. It seems like the fuel isn't getting to the engine because starter fluid allowed the car to start when sprayed. When the starter fluid was not sprayed, the car shuts down.

 

clogged fuel filter, fuel pump said good night, or you may be able to press the fuel shut off buttom in the trunk and see if that helps it..

You can verify fuel pressure on the fuel rail, just need to rent or buy the tool to show it.
Should be 38.5psi+

Also, check your fuel pump fuse in the underhood fuse box.
