so the other day my cig lighter was working i use my radar in it and then it just quit. i check all the fuses and even replaced them also even changed the cig lighter got a new one from auto zone and still not working. i thought maybe it was because my brake wire came undone from the brake pedal but i fixed that and still nothing but also i don't see how that would effect the cig lighter. so i have tried everything has this happened to anybody else if so how did you fix it.

this happened to me last year. I did the same thing and bought a new one, installed it and it worked fine. I would double check the wiring first to be sure and go from there.
