25% reduction kits, are for 94-98, some stites show 94-04, run about $80, include a 25% size ruduced crank pulley and a conterweight alternator pulley. 42% reduction means the crank pulley is 42% smaller than stock. Made for 99-04 with the harmonic balancer, and says it will mount up to a 94-04 without the balancer, not sure about the 94-98, tring to find out myself, advertised to raise hp by about 15. The full kit with belt and harmonic balancer with water pump and crank pulley runs $200 on rpmoutlet.com. Go check them out. 42% also come in lightweight billit aluminum, 25% come in billit steel. Are fairly heavy but advertised to rais hp by about 10.

Try www.v6mustangstuff.com or where I got my 42% at www.rpmoutlet.com If they don't advertise them, call them,. Better yet, PM Autobadges. He has connections.

Private message Autobadges. If he doesn't have them, he probably knows where to get them.

OK dude, a 25% reduction crank pulley is about 5" across. The counterweight Alternator pulley is about 1.5". Both of these replace your stock pulleys. Try to get yourself a new belt, you don't need one, but it does help to just replace the whole thing, rpmoutlet sells a good belt. To change out your kit you will need a 55 or 60mm torch head. On your pulleys, the pulley that is angled up a litte bit with a shaft on it with a hole in the shaft is where the torch bit goes. This pulley is up and to the left of your crank. Put the torch in the hole get a socket wrench and loosen the bolt on the tension rod. Undo your belt, remember how it goes on, install your new pulleys put the belt on. Use the tension rod to once again add pressure to the belt and retighten the belt and your ready to go.
