3rd cylinder seal worn out

How do i go about fixing the third cylinder seal without spending a lot of money? It also smokes when I first start it is this because of the seal if not what is the best way to fix that?

Are you talking about the head gasket?
Sadly money has to be spent...it helps to know people but if you want it done right and not have to worry about it, it will cost money...
