Default Multiple codes on my stang'

Hey guys, I have a 03 mustang 3.8L and a few days ago i had my check engine light turn on and my car started to stall. I scanned for any codes and i got PO316(misfire in first 1000 rpm) and PO303.(misfire in cylinder 3) I check my spark plug wires and found out my wire to spark plug #3 was all messed up so i replaced it.

I deleted the check engine light and took it for a drive. Again it started stalling but now i have 3 codes!..CO703, P1603, PO303 (random cylinder misfire) Can anyone please help me figure this out?

Sounds like a bad coil, plugs, or wires. Buy some MSD wires, NGK TR-5 plugs, and a Motorcraft coil.
