you can get 4.4-4.5-4.6 but I don't think anybody has a clue as to how its really done

You would have to punch it out something like .100/.120 over. Or like .60/.80 and get one custom long stroking crank..would be a cool novalty. But practical I dont see. Specially since forced infuction is readly avalible..
