Default Engine Problems 03 3.8L V6

Yesterday I bought some spyder auto black ccfl projector headlights and some spyder auto smoke led taillights and did all of the installation myself. I first installed the tailights in the rear which was simple, just matching the red and black with the plugs and plugging them in and then the car started right up. I installed the headlights by attaching the ccfl inverter to the turn signal plug using some simple quick connects from the auto store. All of the lights and electronic devices of the car work, but the car will not start. The engine cranks and tries to start but it just can't. Anyone who might know the cause of this?

You have a short or poor ground. I personally would say to get rid of that crap and keep it factory, when I put the HID kit on my 95 Mustang it brought more headache than success, and they damn thing crapped out in 6 months anyways and they were a name brand.

Do a thorough job cleaning up each electrical connection all the way back to the negative battery post. Poor connections just need cleaned up to fresh, bright copper or metal.
