complete swap 02-96
what all would i have to do in order to swap my 02 v6 motor into a 96 v6. an take my 5 speed transmission from my 02 an put it into my automatic 96 model? please help me!

There are several good posts here on this very thing, several I have written myself.
Its too dang late for me to write it all out now but go ahead and search it a little bit.
Just search for "Splitport swap" and you should find some results.
If you still need help when I get back then I can write it out again.
btw, its not that hard, my wifes 96' has an 00' motor in it.
