Default Brake Squealing

I replaced my front calipers only and that is when the squealing started. After that I replaced the front pads with ceramic and replaced the front rotors. The squealing is still there and it has been 3 months. I really would hate to replace the rotors and pads again just to get the same thing. The only other thing I can think of is the day before I had the calipers replaced I hydroplaned did a 180 and slid the car into the grass (same side that is squealing). The passengers front side is the only one that squeaks. The squeaking occurs only when light to maybe moderate pressure is applied (pretty much just slowing down not stopping) and it is not so much loud (except when the pass. window is down but it is a really high pitched noise sounds like a bird. One last thing when driving the car without braking I sometimes can here a squeaking sound only if it echos on cars or a wall. I have had the brakes checked by 2 shops and they say they are fine but this horrible squealing is not fine for me. Please recommend the next course of action. I don't know if something like shims would help. Sorry for writing so much just did not want to leave anything out I am desperate I have really bad OCD.

BTW it is an 03 V6
I also don't do anything related to the brakes myself

I am almost positive that the sound is coming from the front.

Most likely you're going to have to replace your pads with softer pads...may wanna try organic pads. I have them on my Honda and they were the cheapest napa had and no squeaks so far

I got organics on a Mazda of min, they squeak. I got ceramic and organics on my mustang, it squeaks. It's because I didn't turn the rotors.
