I am doing a rebuild on a 94 3.8L and I am not sure about setting the cam synchronizer. I have aligned the timing marks at the notch on the harmonic balancer and set the synchronizer to where I think it should be. Take a look at the picture and see if it looks right.

 

Hasn't anyone ever had to do this before?
