Default 2001 V6 Issues. HELP!!

My wife hit a deer with her car and it had no problem starting up. She drove it to work then to my work later. It was running extremely rough and then it died. It wouldn't start back up afterwards. It turns over just fine. I checked for breaks and leaks and found nothing. I pulled the air filter and mass air off to check it and it started. So, I replaced the mass air flow sensor and it STILL won't start. I got it to start one time for a few seconds and then it cut off. I have no idea where to start looking since there's no visible damage anywhere in the bay. I'd appreciate any help i could get!

Where is the damage located? How bad? Post a pic.

there is a kill switch on the inside left trunk. I don't know what would possibly cause a delay, its a electromagnet with a ball bearing inside that kills power to the fuel pump. You can always press the reset and see.

Otherwise i'd start with my basics of fuel, air, spark. I doubt something is blocking the air, but hey, thats easy to check! Then rent a fuel pressure gauge from auto parts store if you don't have one, check the Haynes/chiltons manual for directions (or google). If you have fuel pressure then check spark. One of these isn't working (well there is always compression and timing too...). But that's how i'd start troubleshooting myself.
