Never heard of them. Only tuner I'd buy for any newer mustang is the SCT XCAL3. As far as power goes on a 99-04 Mustang expect 4-8 rwhp gains at best on a stock car.

I was looking at a super chip programmer first and I saw that hypertech was better on a youtube video they did a 0 to 60 with same care and the hypertech made the time faster, and what about with a cai and mufflers? its true dual right now I was thinking with the mufflers mabey 4 or 5 with both and cai like 7 hp and ive seen the cai being tun
ed to add up to 18 hp but thats with the air ratio and gas ratio all tuned correctly for max hp AND THANKS FOR THE HELP! ILL look up what you said

You won't see 18 hp with a 99-04 Mustang, maybe all mods together on good conditions. You also have to be careful about track times too. Gains of less than 1/4 of a second are generally inconclusive unless they can be repeated multiple times without fail due to all the variables at the track.

Generally I tell people screw looking at HP numbers and focus on mods that actually improve performance. Hp is just one aspect of performance.
