How many points do you lose in your compression ration if you drop in a 4.2 crank in 3.8 without replacing rods, pistons, etc.?

I believe compression is based on the pistons...heads, intakes don't do anything to it.

Huh?

I'm talking about dropping in a Ford 4.2L engine crankshaft from like an F-150 into a stock 3.8 and wondering how that will affect the compression.
