I ended up taking it to the shop and you're absolutely correct, the chirping noise was the cam synchronizer. It's also pretty funny how similar our videos are lmao. As for the startup screach from the first video, I can't remember exactly what the mechanic said it was, but it's a part of the clutch going. Hopefully I can ride on it a little longer before it needs to be replaced.
