I went to back out of the driveway today when I noticed that when I put the car in reverse I get this grinding noise.. Below is a video i took.. As soon as it goes in reverse you get the noise.. I then shift it out of reverse and it goes away and then comes back when I go back into reverse..

That's so weird my car started doing the same exact same thing when I put it in reverse, let me know if you find out the problem

 

might be a syncro, try shifting 1-2 then to R
