This may be your only recourse since you seem to be dealing with an unethical/incompetent shop. Get the vibration sorted out and make sure the shop doing that work documents their findings and maybe with pics. These can be used for a small claims case against the first shop.

There may be some other ppl on this forum who live in your area who would like to know the name of the shop. Just stay with the facts. You took your car in for work and you were dissatisfied with their work and they;'ve made no attempt to correct it. You could also park the car near their shop on public property and place a sign in your window. Just stick to the facts.
