Default Mustang died on me today..

Just got back from my stang breaking down on me got it towed... i was in 4-5th gear just driving then it started bogging down so i dropped it down a gear and it stalled on me , i started it and stalled again .. it threw a engine code.. now that i start it up it seems to run fine but the engine light is still on doesnt make sense to me... i was thinking it was my fuel pump because you could hear a weird gurgling nosie... what do you guys think il get the code pulled later today...

That's scary. How many miles are on it? Have you done any maintenance to it lately?

Description -
The P1235 code indicates the Fuel Pump Drive Module (FPDM) detected an invalid or missing Fuel Pump (FP) circuit signal from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The FPDM sends a message to the PCM through the FPM circuit, indicating this failure was detected. The PCM sets the DTC when the message is received.

Possible Causes -
- Faulty Fuel Pump Drive Module (FPDM)
- FPDM harness is open or shorted
- FPDM circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

So this could be anything from a faulty fuel pump to a loose connection correct? do you think its still save to drive it... it seems to be idling fine now with the CEL of course il get it fixed but just to drive it to the shop.

Get it fixed... Last thing you want is the pump to die in the middle of the highway.
