Not to be a jerk here, but won't happen. About 5 times that is considered cheap still. *MAYBE* you might get lucky and find something aftermarket in a junkyard or have a freind that will hook you up, but there is nothing new we are going to be able to suggest new that cheap. That price range leaves you only with the option to change your muffler. And I'm not sure that after the price of the muffler you will even find a shop to do the welding for less than 100.

$100 won't get you anywhere, save your money.

I've been researching cheapest methods for many many manyyyyy months...

You want cheap, here's what I've come up with.

$70 for two thrush welded mufflers (you wanted cheap lolol).
$50 H pipe universal from jegs that would require modification from exhaust shop
$100 for used 87-93 GT tailpipes from junkyard/ Craigslist. (these turn down, so no $$ on tips or bumper change)
$60 flowtubes (not sure if these can be had for cheaper)
___________

Thats $280 parts $250-300 labor. Just thought I'd share with you, thats the cheapest I have seen.

It would be probably $50 cheaper if you just went divorced duals (no cross over).
Even cheaper if you went w/o the tail pipes and turned them down at mufflers.

End price: between $450-$560 if everything actually goes well (which it probably wont lol)
------------------------------------------------

You could also buy a catback for around $400 like the American Thunder, buy the Pacesetter H pipe adapter for v6 ($150) and try to do everything yourself for about the same price.

Still won't be under 100 though. Ask around at meets, sometimes car guys have old glass packs or mufflers laying around they would be willing give away then you just gotta pay shop to weld it on.
