Default Engine whining after cleaning

Ok so several days ago I washed out my engine bay and had no problems that night. To add a shine to the bay I sprayed silicon lubricant on a lot of stuff, let the car sit the rest of the night. Next day I start her up and now now the power steering pump is whining. Not squealing, the actual pulley is whining...Anyone have any suggestions? The whining gets more intense the more gas you give. I did NOT get any lubricant on the belt or pulleys, it's not a belt squealing noise, it's an actual whine.

I have already had to replace my power steering pump. Sometimes it just happens.

Well I sprayed my belt with conditioner and it immediately produced a loud whining sound. My mechanic uncle didn't understand why but it went away after a couple days. Might not be anything to worry about

The belt is slipping on the pulley due to the lubricant you sprayed everywhere. It's gonna sling out of stuff and end up on the belt.
