Default fuel pump voltage

So im having problems getting power to my fuel pump. Its either the ccrm or the pcm. The wiring it self is good and the pump is good. If I run a 12 volt power right from the battery into the hot out from the inertia switch the car runs great. Can hear the pump prime and everything. But without it no power at all. All the fuses are good as well. As well as the relays. If I put 12 volts to the ccrm power out to the fuel pump I get power to the pump as well. Ideas? Oh and its not the pats system either

Get a multi meter, or a test light even and see if you have power on either side of the inertia switch. Just running power straight to the pump only proves that the pump works. It doesn't help with narrowing down the issue. If you have power going to the switch but not out then switch is bad, if not then move farther up the harness, so on, and so on. Eventually you will figure out what's not working properly.

I did. When I jump the ccrm I eliminated everything after it because I got power to the fuel pump. Its not wiring or relays. Its something else. Power isn't coming out of the ccrm for some reason. And I swapped it out too. And the odds of two failing aren't likely. So I'm missing something Im just not sure what yet.

Figured it out. Fuse 14 under the hood ran straight to pin 11 on the ccrm using a blue/orange wire and where that wire fed through the passenger side fender it had rubbed and cut that single wire. Traced it easy fix.
