Default Fuel pump delay ?

2003 - Fuses blew out to fuel pump , replaced fuses and a changed a wire to fuel pump , car ran fine for 2 days .
Now wont start again , Not blowing fuses ... fuel pump is not running when ignition is turned on . Just got the car 2 weeks ago.

Im lost here is the fuel pump now working , or only when you jump power to it?

If it doesn't run when the key is on and you cant get power to the pump, it could be the CCRM located in the passenger side fender well. It has a series of relays in it that control things like fans , ac and fuel pump. Its common for one of the relays to go bad in them , making 1 thing or another not function.

Sorry for confusion after reading up and pulling that piece out it is exactly what's wrong ! The board was fried ! Looks like it melted it . We had the fuel tank dropped and checked the pump and all the wiring. Just purchased this car about 2 weeks ago ...
