Default 1996 fuel or power problem

I have 1996 base V6, New fuel pump, Filter, and fuel pressure regulator. Car starts and idles fine, however after driving for about five minutes at highway speeds it acts like it runs out of gas loses power. Itll slow down to about 25 to 30 mph pop clutch and all is well again well for about three or four mins. I don't see or smell any leaks no drips on the ground either. Not sure where to go from here?!

Sounds like possibly the clutch slipping? When it feels funny do the rpms shoot or creep up?

Its not clutch. Ill be driving down the road at highway speeds for about five minutes. Then acts like either no fuel,(without any sputtering or surging) or the engine is just loosing all power til you get down to about 25 to 20 mph then kicks back in. sometimes itll die and pop the clutch and take back off sometimes it doesn't die just engine has zero power no RPMs or nothing, then it just kick back in.

Hmmm, okay well we are narrowing things down this is progress. I'm guessing no check engine light? Possible the grounds need cleaning real good.
