Check you fuel system. Something is allowing the pressure to bleed off and this is causing the pump to increase pressure to have adequate fuel flow at the injectors to counteract a measured lean condition.

Did exactly that, replaced pump (twice), fuel injectors, and filter. There is nothing else in the fuel system line to replace. My thoughts are runoff voltage or faulty shutoff position voltage coming from the ecu causing the drop in pressure.

Did you check the actual fuel lines? those are part of the fuel system as well as the evap system lines on the top of the gas tank.

Pulled the fuel tank 3 times, checked all the fuel/evap lines. All were good.

It has to be a sensor issue or air leak. Something isn't reading correctly so the computer is just dumping as much fuel as possible to prevent damage to the pistons.

I would go back and check every sensor and the wires for a loose connector or exposed/melted wiring. Also check the intake after the MAF for any loose connections/fittings or gaps where it could be sucking air. Same wiith the exhaust manifolds prior to the first set of O2 sensors.

I have a feeling that its the ecm. My ecm can be faulty in one section and perfectly fine in the others. Had an issue a while back where the car would turn on and all the accessories would be fine, fuel pump would prime, but it wouldnt crank. Its my last waranteed item in my car to be replaced so i am giving it a shot before ripping apart everything again to check wiring.

it was the ecu. Best guess is faulty voltage going to injectors keeping them always open. It explains all of my symptoms and my car runs fine now.

Also to note, before i couldnt get a dtc to show at all. After the new ecu install and making the new ecu relearn, i pulled 6 new dtc's. 2 for improper o2 sensor readings, 2 for o2 sensors sensing rich burn, and 2 for bank 1&2 being rich. Cleared codes and ran my car for about 20 mins and no code whatsoever, plus no smoke coming out of tailpipes as well as oil blowing out of them.
