Hey guys i'm new to the forum but i had a question about traction. Yesterday i ran a mustang gt from the hole. when we took off my car kept spinning out, so i let off the gas to see if it would catch grip and i stepped on it again and it still spun out. I finally caught grip and the gt only beat me by a car but i was wondering if posi traction would get rid of this traction problem for me.

Well being that we don't have a tlok, you may have fish tailed a bit being that only one tire is spinning with full force. A tlok would give you better TRACTION of course...thus the name TRACTION LOCK

A T-Lok would DEFINATLY help. I just put in 4.10 gears and a T-Lok. It's MUCH quicker and a hell of a lot more stable. Puting power to both rear wheels gives you much better traction. But if you're gonna do it, do it right and upgrade your gears at the same time.

I could be wrong but doesent better suspension give you better traction off the line? I have a full ebach system, and the front end stays down when i jump (..umm....crawl i mean) off the line.
