Any update or resolution of any kind on this? Having the same issue on my ‘05 V6. Started as I was leaving the Advance Auto parking lot the night I had my battery changed out. Had a brief rough idle and vibration from the front of the car, but almost like a hard swallow, she got up and went once I gave a little gas to the pedal. Has been fine since ONLY while I keep a little gas to it - as soon as I let off to start idling, starts back up again. What is this?? No check engine light on in the cluster or anything, replaced spark plugs and wires with genuine OEM today and now it’s actually worse. I’m trying the battery disconnect and proper re-learn now. We’ll see but ANY help appreciated.
